Return Policy 

Returns are only accepted for products that have been damaged in transit, products that have physical defects or when an incorrect product has been shipped. Please send us an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product to ishalnaturalz2019@gmail.com within 24 hours in order for us to accept the return request.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. 

We do not issue refunds for international orders. You can place a refund request by writing to us if you provide relevant photographs/video within 5 days of delivery.

Exchange

You can request for an exchange within 48 hours of delivery, in case of damage caused during transit or in case of quality issues. It takes 9-15 business days for exchange orders to be processed. 

Cancellation 

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our support team on ishalnaturalz2019@gmail.com within 24 hours of order confirmation. 

A cancellation fee will be charged based on your order value.
